Our menu is a reflection of the Cumbrian countryside—from quality breakfasts right through to sumptuous dinners, each dish is freshly and thoughtfully prepared to highlight the flavours of our region.

Our beef and lamb come from family-run farms in the Cartmel Valley—animals raised on fell and pasture, resulting in meat with exceptional flavour.

Day-boat caught fish and shellfish from Morecambe Bay and the Irish Sea. What's freshest that morning determines what we serve that evening.
